Covid 19 and the HEALERS story

Gonçalo Lobo Pinheiro, a Halftone Director and member, was one of the selected participants in this editorial initiative, which aims to convey “the extraordinary people from all walks of life and different corners of the world who have been healing their communities through selfless acts of caring, kindness and compassion.”

As conveyed in the forreword of this photobook, “selected from over 600 submissions sent in from more than 120 countries, the book conveys 100 unique photo-stories of THE OTHER HUNDRED HEALERS that takes you across all six continents to seek out the inspiring resilience of people during a time of great global uncertainty.”

Further to Gonçalo Lobo Pinheiro, that we cangratulate for this achievement and outstanding work, other photographers such from China (Zhang Da Qian) and Hong Kong Region (Ivan Abreu) were selected. Rui Caria, from Portugal was also selected. Congratulations to all 100 Participants and editorial initiative!
