Romulo Anselmo Coutinho dos Santos:

It’s more than just a passion; it’s a way of life. Photography is the foundation of how I perceive beauty and the true stories in the world. It allows us, as photographers, to capture and frame moments with a personal touch, freezing them in time.
I have always been fascinated by the technical aspects of photography, its rich history, and the influence of military conflicts on its industrial evolution. From Leica to Zenith, Canon to Nikon, and Kodak to Fujifilm, the quest for superior lenses and camera capabilities has driven the field forward. This journey has provided us with incredible tools, while also leaving us with a vast array of intriguing "artifacts."
Photography became an obsession for me in 2015 when I started working as a designer at Hoje Macau. Since then, I have engaged with it almost daily, carrying a camera wherever I go and challenging myself to take at least one photo each day. My favorite genres include portraits, boudoir, street photography, landscapes, and composites, though I have also photographed weddings and events.
